Rilda Ketchum of Hot Springs, left, and her daughter Jill Wilson of Rapid City, purchase some sweet treats from Elizabeth Townsend with Berried Delights of Newcastle, Wyo., at the annual Main Street Arts & Crafts Festival held in Centennial Park this past weekend. This was Townsend’s first year at the Hot Springs event and reported that business was “good so far” last Friday afternoon. She said she has been making jams and jellies for friends and family beginning in 1989 and turned “professional” in 1998, doing 8-10 shows per year in the Black Hills area.
