Christian Church to host piano concert
HOT SPRINGS n William C. (Bill) Miller will present an informal piano concert on Sunday, April 15 at 10 a.m. at the Hot Springs Christian Church, located at 5th and Canton.
Those who have heard him perform know that a William Miller piano concert is a rare and special treat. Miller is a church musician and pianist of exceptional talent and ability and will be playing arrangements of many favorite hymns at the concert.
In addition to piano and organ, Miller has taught theology, archeology and Mideast geography at Nebraska Christian College in Norfolk for 40 years. Through much of that time, he has also been the lead accompanist for the New Way Singers, on their annual tours throughout the Midwest.
Miller retired from teaching last year and is on concert tour through South Dakota and Nebraska.
Miller’s Hot Springs concert will feature well-know and familiar hymns of the church, played in his unique and thrilling style.
The concert is free and open to the public and Bill Hallsted, minister of Hot Springs Christian Church invites all to come and share in this concert.
