Notice is hereby given pursuant to said Judgment that the real property described in the Mortgage dated July 20, 2006, which Kim A. Nicolosi and Joe J. Nicolosi, Mortgagors, executed and delivered to Sebring Capital Partners, Limited Partnership., Mortgagee:

LOT 2, BLOCK 8, STEWART'S ADDITION (SOMETIMES CALLED STEWART'S FIRST ADDITION) TO THE TOWN, NOW CITY, OF HOT SPRINGS, FALL RIVER COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA; AKA 106 South 18th St., Hot Springs, SD 57747.

and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Fall River County, South Dakota, on the 27th day of July, 2006, in Book 9H at Page 68 which mortgage was assigned to HSBC Bank USA N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-H1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates by an Assignment of Mortgageg recorded January 30, 2008 in Book 10J, Page 99-100., in order to realize the amount of $50,000.00 as of July 20, 2006, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount at the rate of 10.55% per year as the starting rate of an adjustable rate note, together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Fall River County, South Dakota, and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Sheriff of Fall River County, South Dakota, at the front door of the Fall River County Courthouse in Hot Springs, South Dakota, on June 17, 2008 at 10:00 AM (MT).
