Fountain of Life welcomes Cutlers
HOT SPRINGS - Hot Springs Fountain of Life Assembly of God announces that they have a new pastor. The community is invited to come and meet Pastor Ed Cutler and wife Jeannie.
The Cutlers attended Trinity Bible College in Ellendale, N.D., and their ministry began in Eaton, Ohio in 1974. Later they moved to Edgemont, where Pastor Cutler worked as a draftsman for Silver King Mines. Pastor Ed feels that God has used various situations and occupations to shape his life through the years.
Whether it was doing carpentry work, operating heavy equipment or his time spent as a healthcare social worker here in Hot Springs, he believes that God has used these situations to prepare him to be a more compassionate and understanding pastor. Pastor Ed states, “Ministry was in my heart and I longed to work with people, so God opened a door of ministry for me in the fall of 1999 when I became the pastor the Edgemont Assembly of God. For a time I tried to be both a Pastor and a Social Worker but eventually it became clear that God was calling me to a single focus.”
Cutler served as a Pastor in Edgemont for 8 years and formed many wonderful relationships there.
“The heart of my ministry will be that of healing broken lives and building relationships,” he said. “There is a spiritual dynamic that occurs when we get together in the revelation of who Jesus is. The key word is together. We must have our broken hearts healed and we must be in unity with God and one another before we can experience the fullness of this blessing.”
